Szymon Lisowski

Szymon Lisowski grew up building. What began as a childhood hobby in Poland building with toys and constructing forts out of living room furniture evolved into an advanced skillset that allowed him to migrate to Germany where he increased his knowledge and experience in high-end detail construction. In 2001, Simon moved to New York City, a city with a rich building history and demand for high-quality construction. Excited by the potential for unique projects, Simon partnered with his friend and trusted colleague, Jerzy, to start their own general contracting company that could stand up to their unrelenting standards.

Jerzy Gajniak

Jerzy Gajniak was trained as a structural engineer in Poland where he helped build communities, but his working process is more sympathetic to an artist. His comprehensive understanding of the construction process combined with the ability to create beautiful construction drawings and diagrams allows him to clearly convey complex details and efficiently manage schedules and resources. Jerzy migrated to New York City to pursue his passion for building unique structures and has been doing just that ever since.
